Full Event Planning
Our services start with a one on one meeting, really taking the time to understand what your goals are for your special occasion. We create a timeline to highlight and organize everything for you, as well as a step by step plan of our responsibilities. We handle communication between every vendor hired, all while making sure to connect you with the right companies. We provide you with a mood board filled with event design and decor inspiration, to show you the direction we are headed in for your event. Our goal is to take the stress off of you, ultimately planning an event to remember.
Partial Event Planning
A customized package made to assist with any event planning and design details you would like help with from budget, theme, color, style, vendor referrals, vendor meetings, favors, seating assignments, programs, event timeline and more. In this package, we are there more to bounce ideas off of, and assist you with specific event planning needs.
Day of Coordination
This package is for those who enjoy planning the details for their event, however, would like some help with managing all of the specifics planned for the day of the event. Some of these day-of duties will include help setting up any décor, organize and execute all the details of your event, working with your chosen vendors, and executing your event timeline. This package allows you to enjoy the event you planned. Remove yourself from doing all of the work on the day of your event, and enjoy the time with your guests.
